pod4d Platform Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

By accessing the pod4d platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue all use of the pod4d platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact [email protected] to request account closure.

To open and maintain an account on pod4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pod4d strictly prohibits access by minors and enforces age verification through its KYC process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of pod4d or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or technology partners, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before placing any wager.
• You must not be listed on any financial sanctions watchlist, anti-money-laundering blacklist, or self-exclusion register maintained by pod4d or any internationally recognized gaming authority.

Each player may register and operate one (1) account only on the pod4d platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, identity documents, payment methods, or device configurations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

At registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile number. pod4d reserves the right to request supporting documentation (national identity card, passport, or equivalent) to verify any information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pod4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep these credentials secure. You must notify pod4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

pod4d conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required by its compliance obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by pod4d may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All transactions on pod4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Supported deposit channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Withdrawal channels: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered to the same individual as the pod4d account. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• Processing times: Bank transfers are typically processed within 3–5 minutes; e-wallet withdrawals typically within 1–2 minutes. Processing times may extend during peak periods or during bank maintenance windows.
• Transaction fees: pod4d does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges; pod4d is not liable for third-party fees.
• Source of funds: All deposited funds must originate from a payment method lawfully owned and controlled by you. pod4d reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in connection with its anti-money-laundering obligations.

pod4d reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, compliance review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, pod4d will notify the affected player promptly and provide an estimated resolution timeframe where possible.

pod4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus offers are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 3 and have completed KYC verification.
• Each bonus has a stated wagering requirement (e.g., "30×") representing the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on qualifying games before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds and unmet wagering progress will expire at the end of this period.
• pod4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and with wagering in progress will not be revoked mid-period without cause.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a duplicate or secondary account will result in cancellation of the bonus and may trigger a full compliance review.
• Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets and certain live-dealer table games may be excluded from, or contribute at a reduced rate toward, wagering requirements. Contribution rates are displayed in each bonus offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value outside of the pod4d platform.

All bets placed on pod4d — including sports wagers on BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and Piala AFF; togel (lottery) draws; live casino table games; and slot machine wagers — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Bets pending confirmation due to network interruption are not valid until confirmed.
• pod4d reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on markets that were published in error due to a system fault, data feed error, or human input mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's balance.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time at pod4d's discretion, including during key match events. Bets accepted during a suspension window will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets. Limits vary by event, market type, and player tier. pod4d displays applicable limits within the bet slip interface.
• For bandar bola (football sportsbook) markets and mix parlay accumulators: each leg of a parlay must settle as a valid individual bet. Any voided leg will be treated as a non-runner and the accumulator will be recalculated accordingly.
• Settlement of togel draws follows the official draw results as published by the respective lottery operator. pod4d is not responsible for delays in the publication of official results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pod4d platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, permanent ban, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to circumvent the single-account restriction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unauthorized advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker, sabung ayam (cockfighting wagering), or any other peer-to-peer game format available on the platform.
• Exploiting any bug, software error, or pricing anomaly discovered on the platform. You are required to report any such discovery to pod4d immediately.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes, facilitates, or assists money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment credentials to register or transact.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tool to circumvent geographic or account-level access restrictions.
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behavior toward pod4d staff or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the pod4d platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and written content — is the intellectual property of pod4d or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pod4d platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content without the prior written consent of pod4d.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pod4d shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data, goodwill, or reputation.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond pod4d's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any bet, transaction, or game outcome disputed on the basis of a claimed misunderstanding of the rules or odds.

In any event, pod4d's aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pod4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where pod4d reasonably determines that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.
• The account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to pod4d.
• pod4d is required to do so by any applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

Upon lawful account closure, any Real Money balance remaining after deduction of outstanding bonus obligations will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

You may close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

pod4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

pod4d will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services is limited to what is strictly necessary and is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

pod4d may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pod4d will notify registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of the pod4d platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pod4d holds its international gaming license.

In the event of any dispute between you and pod4d, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in the applicable jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
